Position Details Program Manager Full Time/C2H: Full Time Payroll Company: Grow Indigo Reports To: Lead: Technology and Business Development Job Description Summary: - GrowIndigo is looking for an experienced Program/Project leader to lead and coordinate the activities under the collaboration between Grow Indigo and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) - With Grow Indigo, the Program Manager (PM) will liaise with the sales team, the marketing team and the customer acquisition team. Whereas, in the case of UIUC, the PM will work closely with senior researchers. Key Competencies: - Provide expertise to help set up a research design and provide feedback as needed - Design marketing materials and come up with a strategy for its quick dissemination registered Agri input retailers - Lead rapid iterative testing of marketing materials - Administer research design with retailers registered on the platform - Ensure dissemination of planned content to registered retailers and possible FPOs through Grow Online app, SMS, and voice calls - Roll out surveys and collect user/retailer data from Grow Indigo platform to measure uptake of educational information by interfacing closely with UIUC team - Conduct simple A/B variant testing to measure the efficacy of different delivery mediums such as an app, SMS, push notifications on uptake of information and purchase of technologies - Facilitate phone/virtual interviews with agro-retailers. Recruit responders for interviews. Key Skills: - Can carry out market research, diagnostic studies, marketing planning, design and execution of pilots independently - History of successfully developing and leading multiple strategic partnerships - Proficiency in English (oral and written), fluency in Hindi. Additional known languages such as Marathi are a plus - Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders on a daily basis - Understanding and (preferably) prior experience working closely with agro-retail businesses.
