Job Description Summary :

Lead all business development and relationship management activities for Farmer producer organizations (FPOs) and Farmer producer companies (FPCs)

Job Duties :

Key Accountabilities :

- Strategic Alliances Manager (FPO) to build and manage digital product(s) that can serve different stakeholders in the Agri-value chain.

- Develop and enhance the client relationship with FPOs in order to build engagement strategies to increase revenues for both Grow Indigo and the concerned FPO.

- Collaboratively develop top line and bottom-line targets through the FPO segment for both the digital input and output platform.

- Manage and expand key stakeholder contact network with FPOs and works closely with internal teams to identify and expand networks.

- Design Sales Enablement strategies and strategic growth initiatives and communication materials associated with launching Alliance Partnership (FPOs)

Job Duties :

- Identify gaps in Grow Indigo's solution offerings and FPOs strategic business needs, and develops mitigation plans to fill gaps to meet marketplace requirements

- Work in close coordination with the product management function to fine tune the platforms as per the business requirements of FPOs.

- Vision an actionable plan to market development of FPOs for our digital platforms.

- Forge alliances with FPOs on both Agri-Input and Agri-output fronts, onboarding them on both GrowOnline (Agri-input Marketplace) and GrowMandi (Agri-output Marketplace)

- Support development and management of key relationships and alliances, including outreach, communications, and strategy development

- Draft agendas, presentation materials, summary/compilation reports, and other internal documents

- Attend constituent group meetings, events and conferences as needed; write summary memos and reports following activities and events.

- Perform other duties as assigned consistent with the goals of Grow Indigo.

- Responsible for leading joint Grow Indigo and Alliance Partner (FPOs) status meetings

Performance Standards :

- Can carry out market research, diagnostic studies, business planning, design and execution of pilots independently

- History of successfully developing and leading multiple strategic partnerships

- Must be comfortable with complexity, and thinking on multiple levels of abstraction; demonstrates use of critical thinking techniques

- Prior experience in sales and P&L management is highly desirable

- Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills.

- Ability to work both independently and with a team

Job Factors :

- Minimum Education Level Required: Post-Graduation in Agri-business Management/Business Administration

- Experience Required : 5-7 years in the field of Business Development and relationship management.

- 2 years of experience of working with a Farmers Producer Organization/ Farmers- Cooperative etc.

Certifications Required : Null

Location : Mumbai

Work Days per Week : 5-6 Days

Shift Timing : General Shifts (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
