About the role

Essence is looking for a Planning Director with practical programmatic platform experience to work on one of our largest ecommerce clients in India.

Some of the things we'd like you to do:

Campaign Planning and Management

- Understanding the brief and campaign objectives from the client

- Identify key audiences - sizing and profile using data points, to determine whether given audience can achieve the client's business objective -from the programmatic platforms

- Measure the results against the planned deliverables and conduct post evaluation (to derive insights to be leveraged for next campaign)

A bit about yourself:

- Client facing/Agency experience is preferable

- The candidate should be good with data. Modelling experience is preferable

- Practical experience of running the programmatic platforms - DBM, other DSP

- Working knowledge of PG, TG, Auction deals

- Knowledge of leading ad tech ecosystem - DCM, Ad verification, DSP, Audience

- Prior experience of ad operations - impression, click tags, reporting

- Working experience of Facebook and AdWords preferred)
