Our client is a leading and reputed retail group having corporate office in Bangalore and branches across Karnataka

Job position : Group Vice President Finance

Job location : Corporate office Bangalore

Qualification : Qualified chartered accountant

Age : 48 to 50 years maximum

Experience : Having 20 to 25 years post qualification experience having controlled large group of companies in retail industry spread at various locations in Karnataka functioned as group finance head reporting to board of directors / managing director.

Responsibilities:

- It is a leadership position, must have controlled and ensured proper accounting standards are maintained.

- Proper filing of group companies balance sheet promptly

- Statutory requirements

- Excellent people management skills

- Handling large corporate and also group companies finance teams ensuring healthy accounts and finance structure in place.

- Periodical visit to branch locations across Karnataka ensuring finance team is in order

- Must be healthy and dynamic

- Apprising managing director about the status of finance control of all group companies, erp, budgeting, forecasting, audit, business finance, costing / cost control measures

- Good communication in English mandatory.

- Knowing kannada is a plus.
