The Organization (About the Client):

An International MNC is making sizable investments in the Castings, Forgings & Machining Sector in India & South Asia.

The intention is to collate world class manufacturing & R&D facility for the international markets. The focus will be on R&D, Quality, precision products & processes.

The Role / Job Description:

The role will be to evaluate and assess the existing and potential technical and commercial capabilities of companies under consideration for acquisition with respect to R&D capabilities, precision product quality standards, plant and equipment and business processes.

Potential to be upgraded to operate global standards.

The Candidate Details: The successful candidate will have 20 to 35 years of experience in the design, development and manufacture of precision machined castings and intimate knowledge of all manufacturing processes from casting through precision machining to final inspection.

The ideal candidate will also have deep industry experience with a broad perspective of the Indian market and supply base for a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous parts for the global market.

Candidates in transition or consultants in the field able to make a swift transition into this new role would be encouraged as time is of the essence.

Age : 40 to 60 yrs

BE / BTech + Management Qualification an additional advantage.

Note: Person in transition / readily available, who can join latest by 15th September, 2016, preferred.

Work Experience: 20 to 35 yrs
