Job Description :
Reporting into : Group CTO
You will be leading the leadership hiring at Group level (Technical and Non Technical)
- Having a hands-on understanding of the recruitment procedures and implementing them with consistency.
- Experience in lateral, technical hiring for technology with a sound understanding of the IT and ITes industry.
- Strong experience in leadership hiring at CXO level
- Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes/tools to drive efficiency and improve the quality of hires.
- Must have excellent communication skills along with the ability to manage various stakeholders.
- Establish and publish critical talent acquisition metrics that measure the quality, efficiency, and overall cost of staffing
- Ensure the right Organization Design for the business by way of - Diagnostics, Competency Mapping, Clearly defining Roles, Establishing right Structure with reporting and span of control
Key requirements :
- Experience in technical hiring in IT/ ITes industry
- Capacity to work in IC role
