A Market leader in Life Insurance Sector wants to Hire from IIM campuses at various locations for managerial roles.

JD for Group Relationship Manager

- Relationship Management of assigned partners & territories, customer acquisition, deep mining existing business by interacting with CEO's/HR heads/Admin Heads of different organizations.

- Involves providing solutions (different group products/solutions/protection/funds).

- Liaison internally with different departments to ideate and execute business solutions.

- Engage with the top management of companies Large & medium Enterprises, public sector undertakings, MNC's etc, for outsourcing management of employee benefits of these organisations. To understand their current Benefit structure and pattern and accordingly pitch out product offering to them.

- Competition mapping

- Achieve both top and bottom line targets

- Sourcing prospective banks, NBFC, cooperative banks, Fintech companies, e-commerce platforms etc for alliance partnerships

- This also involves working with NBFCs/Banks/tying up with organizations & Partner Acquisition
