Group Product Manager - Investment - Online Trading System (6-10 yrs)

Our Client is India's Leading Disruptive Online Trading System simplifying Investments for the common man. Backed by Kalaari Capital and Ratan Tata, the company has raised upto $4 Million in Series A funding early 2016 and $25 Million in 2019.

Product Managers on our team work to ensure that our customers can understand, track, and analyze stocks and other investment products. You'll be responsible for working alongside colleagues in research, design, engineering and operations to innovate, build and launch products that give our customers powerful, yet easy-to-use investing tools.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Design and own product roadmap. Ensure steady execution of product life cycle processes from idea to final launch

- Coordinate with internal business verticals to collect requirements and convert them into clear actionable items.

- You'll drive the growth of one of our trading or investment products, owning the entire onboarding and activation funnels, and revenue strategy.

- You'll lead other product leaders and product managers focused on individual aspects of our growth strategy

- You'll define and guide long term product strategy, identify investors problems and turn those insights into products

- You'll drive build, partner, or acquire decisions for your product area

- You'll motivate and influence key stakeholders, get buy-in for your ideas, and convince why and what we should build.

- A track-record of building high-growth B2C products, and playing a direct role in driving their growth

- An entrepreneurial mindset. You must be comfortable thriving in ambiguity and getting the work done.

- Experience owning and driving the building and shipping of complex, B2C products at scale.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Engineering and / Management degree from a premier institute.

- 8+ years of overall experience in Product Management, Engineering or Consulting.

- 2+ years of experience in fintech domain (Good to have)

- Experience in the B2C segment is a must

- Good people management skills.

- Ability to conceptualize, manage and prioritise tasks.

- Communicate effectively & cross-functionally with other teams.

- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication
