- Responsible for complete product mix development & delivery of innovations/Brand Extensions

- Responsible for complete P&L for the brands in portfolio and Assist in achieving targeted business objectives- volume sales, market shares and brand profitability

- Working closely with Market Research teams and external agencies to closely monitor Brand health and take appropriate actions.

- Developing and deploying campaigns and activation to build brand salience and strengthen equity

- Designing consumer and trade promotions across channels in alignment with trade Marketing Team.

- Media planning and evaluation across brands along with Media planning agencies.

- Developing Annual Brand plans in partnership with the sales and insight teams and planning all the Annual activities around delivering the key Short term and long term Objectives for the Brands in portfolio

- Assist in developing insightful brand communications and their effective roll out through liasoning with media and creative agency
