- The role holder will build and lead the Global Principal hub to create and deploy the end-to-end Principal strategy which includes identification of Principals, crafting in the best-in-class Principal experience, managing global principal relationships, developing playbooks for consistent experience across markets and rapid deployment at scale.

- This role will involve partnering across internal cross-functional global partner teams as well as in-market leadership teams across seven countries in the initial phase, which may increase in future, as well as building and managing the relationships and engagement with global CPG companies

- S/he will be customer focused and external oriented to bring outside-in thinking across industries to create a pioneering, unique and differentiated approach to Principal partnerships built on collaboration, transparency and trust.

- Responsible for driving excellence in implementation of the Principal engagement program by instilling governance mechanisms, metrics and external benchmarking to ensure we consistently raise the bar.

- This role holder will have a strong data & technology mindset with a proven ability to build scale-able processes. Independently anchor discussions in top-to-top forums, build bridges with the operating leaders and sharp ability to be tuned into Partner opportunities/challenges through formal & informal mechanisms

- Proactively build and develop synergistic relationships across-functional leaders, Market Leaders, Principal/Category Leaders.

- Build and lead a high-performing Global Principal hub team and in-market Principal/Category Management Teams.

- More than 20 years of experience across CPG, Retail and e-commerce, with a possible split of 50% in managing CPG sales, distribution and channel marketing with another 50% in retail and e-commerce.

- Experience in e-commerce managing Principals (brands) directly is a definite plus!
