Group Manager - Operations - UK Wealth/Pensions (12 - 18 years)


- A varied role for senior operations professional, having a rich exposure into UK Wealth. To work collaboratively with clients to transform strategy into practical actions that drive results. Back end Operations professional with analytical approach. A good understanding of operations measure and having hands on experience in UK Pensions is an advantage. The individual is responsible for the day to day operations management of the UK Wealth processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Developing and coaching colleagues (including succession planning).

- Promoting a performance culture and environment where colleagues are encouraged to continuously learn, develop skill

- ls innovate and build their careers.

- Looking after workforce management and manages talent towards stronger operational effectiveness

- Managing business capacity optimally and drive operational scalability. Identify, implement and utilize leading financial and operational performance indicators.

- Managing the cost and work closely with the business leader on the forecast

- Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identify improvement areas, and implement adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level.

- Mapping clients requirements and coordinates in developing, implementing and transitioning processes in line with the guidelines specified by the client and regional offices.

- Creating & implementing workflows to facilitate structured support in all areas and issues.

- Deciding the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and get the same approved by the client.

REQUIREMENTS :

- 10 + years of Back end Operations experience

- Manage the day to day operations independently

- Display analytical ability - understands trends

- Resilience to manage change

- Ability to take decisions on his/her own

- Takes people along- is approachable

- Understands operational measures

- Preferably people from shared services background, managing back end operations.

- Experience in UK pensions is preferred, has to be a strong operational and strategic person.
