Group Manager - Finance Business Planning - Consulting Firm

We have an urgent opening with one of the largest consulting group.

Location : Gurgaon

Exp : 8 - 12 yrs

Candidate should have experience in Profitability analysis for own company or the client, business planning or developing the corporate strategy, financial analysis.

The candidate should have a finance background who wants to move into a Business Ops role to expand his/her horizon and for career development. He/she should be able to partner the stakeholders at a tactical & operational level. He/she would be expected to work closely with Finance controllership, Zone Business Finance and Business stakeholders while managing the key activities of :

- Financial analysis for company as per Business needs

- Business Planning & Analysis including team utilization

- Client profitability analysis & MI

- Project profitability analysis & MI

- Supporting Business teams on putting together internal Business Justification, Business cases for key aspects/decision making such as affiliate engagement, bill rates set up for affiliates etc.

- Partnering on operational aspects around Inter office invoicing, Project invoicing, AR collection support
