Group Manager - Digital Analytics - Pharma (6-14 yrs)

Brief Job Description:

Experienced in Digital analytics :

- Would be required to work with reporting of data from multiple channels such as web analytics tools such as Omniture/Adobe Campaign

- Required to do reporting and analyzing data using various products, such as Site Catalyst v15 interface, Adobe Report Builder, Discover for Ad Hoc analysis

- Knowledge of how to build, manage and analyze Marketing Channels/Classification/Data Warehouse requests/Data Sources (offline data enablement)

- Develop prescheduled reports for Traffic and Conversion sources of data with business relevant representation of KPIs

- Knowledge of different Internet Marketing channels and how to build, manage and setup in Omniture

- Experience of implementation of Analytics Tags on websites a value add

- Required to develop multi channel marketing reporting and analytics by integrating and consolidating data from a variety of sources

- Maintain an analytical framework to extract new insights and understanding of performance based on client usage data and other datasets

- Excellent project management skills

- Excellent writing and presentation skills

Project management

- Manage projects across all stages from conceptualization to feedback

- Ensures issues are addressed in a timely manner and deadlines are always met

Domain knowledge

- Should have worked with leading companies in the area of digital analytics

- Knowledge and experience in econometric modeling and market mix models and multivariate statistics is an advantage

Exposure to pharmaceutical market and terms is an advantage

Educational Qualification:

Post Graduate (Statistics/Economics/Operations Research, MBA), Mtech,, Btech

Work Experience (No. of years):

- Total experience: 6+ years in digital analytics

- Experience in client management

- Candidates having prior exposure to understanding of pharmaceutical digital analytics is desirable

Technical Expertise:

- Omniture/Adobe Campaign/Google Analytics.

- At least one or two of the following certifications from Adobe: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE), Processing Rules, ACE Reports and Analytics, ACE Digital analytics, ACE Reports and Analytics : Implementation Certified

- Intermediate MS - Office (esp. Excel, PowerPoint)
