Group Manager - Business Finance - IT/ITES

- End to end finance support for "EMEA Enterprise business Unit" in effective manner as business partner , covering deal pricing , FP&A , forecasting , revenue and cost management

- Team management - Leading and managing team across pricing and FPA areas

- Involvement and contribution in Senior mgmt. and business head review calls on Growth, Margin , Cash and deal pricing

- Drive financial and operational process discipline within business unit

- Collaborate effectively within function and outside function within organization to achieve desired objectives /KRAs

- Drive continuous process improvement /efficiency within the function /role across pricing and FPA areas

Skills Required:

Functional Skills :

- Strong commercial and Deal pricing /sensitivity analysis/scenario building skills including contract clause reviews of Customers and Vendors

- Strong and proven financial analytic skills including MIS reporting, budgeting and forecasting

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience : Minimum 15 to max 20 years of experience in IT/ITES companies with relevant experience. BPO experience is not preferred.

Qualification : MBA Fin from A, A-, B+ rated MBA institutes, CA, ICWA/CMA
