Group Legal Counsel

- Draft, negotiate and review commercial and technology agreements.

- Provide employment law advice to the Hyderabad location.

- Advise on litigation strategy, manage litigation matters.

- Advise on ad hoc legal queries, including areas such as property, intellectual property, local legal requirements etc.

- Provide pragmatic, commercial, and strategic legal advice to the Hyderabad location.

- Evaluate and weigh multiple inputs and impacts of strategic and commercial decisions and the legal implications that arise.
