Minimum Requirement:

- MBA with Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering/Pharmacy/Science/Statistics or related fields (including MBBS/MDs/MS/MPH) English 


- Overall 12-15 years of experience, with 5-8+ years in analytics with a leading Pharma principal/solution provider and at least 3-4 years- experience in leading a team 


- Past work reflects a track record of operational excellence in analytics space 


- Understanding the complexity of integrated working in a matrix environment

Position Purpose:

Direct team management which can also include Senior Manager and Team Leader, via demonstration of strong leadership and role modeling. Enable the delivery of analytics and insights to marketing/MSO team worldwide through the coaching and guidance of the assigned NGSC team. Management of delivery, quality control process, customer satisfaction, issue resolution, work flow process, people management and partnership with local support functions. Responsible for developing and coaching delivery teams at NGSC in line with the organization's people development requirements and organization's Values and Behaviours.

Major Accountabilities:

- Leads a team (20-25 associates at the NG SC) to manage delivery of Business Analytics for Global HQ Marketing / Country Pharma Organizations; ensuring adherence to time-lines and quality objectives. 


- Establish, vigorously monitor and report KPIs & take proactive action to continuously strive for improvements by challenging status quo.


- Identify and resolves operational issues, clearly articulate potential recommendations/solutions to Group Heads or global managers/partners; effectively manage escalations and ensure issue log is consistently maintained. 


- Support Group head in meeting overall group goals such as productivity, continuous improvement, etc. 


- Establish high performing, industry-recognized functional team. 


- Be proactive in planning; anticipating change and acting in accordance; drive meticulous implementation of team goals and metrics. 


- Responsible for professional development/training, performance management and mentoring of associates. Groom and develop talent, implement succession planning and mentor associates for higher responsibilities. 


- On-board and coach new Team Leads to build high performing team & drive service excellence. 


- Builds transparent and collegiate culture establishing organization's Values & Behaviours in Hyderabad NGSC along with team and peers 


- Drives innovation and entrepreneurial mind-set to ensure team members are fully stimulated, challenged and engaged on delivering high-quality work to achieve organization's PLS-CSP strategy 


- Ensures high quality, timely communication and project information (resources, status of assigned activities, issues) flow to Group Head. 


- Provides guidance and sets standards of functional excellence in methodologies, processes and SOPs to enable enhancement of reports in following areas: 


- Drive service excellence towards build-up for group of functional capabilities to expedite transition of value added projects from Global Brand Teams/Country Organizations to CSP. 


- Drive the culture of learning & gain the technical expertise to influence stake-holders.


- Drive CSAT/NPS for team; NPS for new TLs and driving initiatives to improve NPS. Regular connect with customers, identify trends on group issues and drive initiatives to improve customer engagement. 


- Takes an active role in (or leads) One MES initiatives, forums and contributes to guide the TLs on delivery issues and bring in one SME competence- 


Key Performance Indicator:

- Clearly communicates and lives the company's missions and values 


- Clear understanding of appropriate levels of risk 


- Establishes accurate plans with clear, reasonable, and appropriate objectives, action steps, and priorities 


- Provides expert leadership to shape future decisions 


- Talent Management: Hiring, developing, motivation, coaching and mentoring leading to low attrition (< 10%) and improved performance (continuous) 


- Ensures all NVS procedures are followed for transparent career development in workplace (ie. Complete leverage of TMS, PMP etc) 


- Adapts to changing objectives and priorities


- Continually measures outputs, capability, and success criteria 


- Quality: As per KPIs and qualitative feedback from the Country Organizations/Business Franchises 


- Operational Efficiency: Ensure optimal resource utilization according to agreed targets, Ensure optimal resource utilization (>85%). 


- Standardization, automation of reports and services: Ability to develop standardized reports/services across CPO's. 


- People retention and development goals (succession planning, leadership development, drive global employee survey benchmarks for engagement and retention). 


- Innovation: Ability to find creative ways to build team dynamics, cross-functional training, organizational efficiencies 


- Values and Behaviours: in line with leadership standards of organization
