Job Description :
Reporting into the CEO you will be responsible to :
- Prepare the manpower budget for the company
- Prepare the recruitment policy guidelines and ensure compliance across the organization
- Plan, direct, and coordinate Human Resource Management activities of the organisation to maximize the strategic use of human resources
- Ensure a proactive HR function for employee relations, employee compensation, HR policies and regulatory compliance
- Develop/ maintain and update training dossier for all technical and behavioral training
The Successful Applicant :
- As a successful candidate you should have 15-18 years of experience in HR as a Generalist with strong exposure in Organization Design and Effectiveness
- Extensive experience in scaling up businesses-good hands on expertise in recruitment across levels wit Retail/FMCG/Hospitality sector ( Any consumer facing business )
- Hands on experience in Training and Development
- Experience in managing scale and multi site experience
