2. Have to work as a Strategic HR (take part in making company's strategies regarding company's growth, as and when required)
3. Responsible for office and factory as well (Have to pay a visit to both of our factory as situation demands)
4. Update Statutory Compliances on regular basis (from factory and office perspective)
5. KRA and KPI is being made, maintained and updated for all staffs on regular basis.
6. Find out the Competency Gaps for every staff and recommends the management about same and take necessary steps for filling out the gaps.
7. Participate in Company's turnover achievement as a whole.
8. See to it that every division and department has competent men placed .
9. Best HR practices keeping company's culture in mind needed to be in place.
10. Best Performance Appraisal System at place and a system of performance review every quarter required to be maintained.
11. Potential areas (untapped) to be filled with competent manpower if required in order to increase sales revenue.
12. System to be in place to keep every employee's performance up to the mark
13. Best engagement practices are being practiced at Utkarsh
14. Update top management with latest HR updates and trends happening PAN INDIA time to time.
15. Be a Spokesperson for top management (Say, communicating with all HODS time to time regarding department's growth)
16. See to it that Company's budget is being maintained (from HR perspective)
17. Develop L&D culture within the organization.
18. Representing the company in various situations to be added
19. Reviewing policies and systems and updating them from time to time
