Group Head - Human Resources - Energy Business - IIM/XLRI/Symbiosis

Catenon India has been retained by an Indian business house with interests in the new age industries for a Head HR role for the Group.

Looking for excellent HR professionals with 18 to 20 years experience with a Post Graduation in Human Resources from a Tier 1 institute, with at least 3-4 years experience within a Consulting organisation.

Company details :

- The company started as a provider of innovative green solutions which saves energy significantly. Introduced patented products like Power Interface Unit (PIU), Green Shelter, Phase Change Material (PCM), etc. for Telecom Sector. Bringing down the running cost from Rs.15 to 15p

- It forayed into Energy Generation and set up large scale solar PV plants. With innovative engineering, cost/KW power produced was brought down from Rs.16 to Rs.3

- It ventured into Energy Storage to complement Energy Generation and wants to be the leader in GREEN TRANSPORT by making cheaper & thereby more profitable.

- The company wants to get into Green Transportation and Ridesharing, thus providing specially designed Electric Vehicles (EV) for high class public transport.

The role will drive the entire thought leadership for the Human Resources function with an emphasis on:

- Head HR for the Group and all its different businesses

- Focus on Leadership Hiring

- Bring in streamlined systems and processes.

- Analytical & business understanding.

- Able to contribute in business growth by designing right Organisation, KRAs and systems.

- Able to devise mechanism to engage with Senior & junior team members.

- Able to build and align the team.

- Should be able to create world class PMS.

- Able to filter out recruitment at initial level.

- Should ensure right person and caliber being hired by business managers.

Requirements :

- The candidate should possess Leadership hiring experience, should come from a process driven organization.

- Should be able to work closely with internal stakeholders.

- MBA in HR from XLRI / Symbiosis / TISS

- Can come from Banks, Competitive & high growth companies
