- Head the HR function for the group
- Manage the entire HR & Admin department along with the team as per the organizational goals
- Strategize and implement the blue print for talent and capability development
- Initiate and execute OD interventions as Coaching, Integrated Leadership Development Programs, and L&D initiatives.
- Effectively lead and implement comprehensive change management strategy as per the business requirements
- Tracking the Performance Management Cycle, appraisals, KRA setting
- Take care the talent acquisition function for the group
- Implementing appraisals and performance management
- Compensation and benefits, payroll management
- Initiating and executing Employee Engagement activities
- Succession planning
- Manpower planning and defining the hierarchy and organizational structuring for the business.
- Issue and grievance handling of the business units
- Implementation of the HR policies in the location
- Leave management and separation & exit formalities
- Effectively lead the admin department in the group
