Role: Group Head - Human Resources

Company; One of the largest organised Retail Company in India

Location; Mumbai

Reporting to: CEO

Must have for this role;

Potential Candidate should be an MBA, HR with 13+ years of working experience of managing the HR function of an organization at a leadership level and headed 35 k to 40 k employees. Preferably from retail or other services. Not more than 45 years.

Those from Retail, FMCG and Service sectors and having a hands on ability with deep business orientation approach to decision making
