Description:

- Lead Digital marketing teams for Mobile app and Website

- Create plan for quarterly release of Mobile and Website engagements

- Lead Execution of Web and mobile strategic Initiatives

- Create and Execute plans for increasing Organic Traffic to website

- Create and execute plans to keep the mobile app and website with latest Technology and UX trends

- Ensure Web and Mobile Analytics are built, tracked and necessary corrective actions taken to ensure conversions

- Work with Mktg., IT and external agencies to develop best customer experience on the app and website

- Own User Acceptance Testing and Production Verification of enhancements or new functionalities

- Manage Compliance / Regulatory changes to web and mobile at a shorter execution cycles

- Continuous improvement of existing functionalities

- Execution of quarterly releases and Strategic initiatives as agreed plans

- Building an effective working relationship with all stakeholders
