Group Financial Controller - NBFC

Our client is a leading NBFC headquartered in Mumbai.

Reporting into the CFO, the role would be responsible for Monthly Financial closure, Statutory Audits, RBI Compliance including Inspection, Completion of IT Projects, Handling Internal Auditors, Related Party Transactions, ECL / EIR etc

KPI include :

- Lead a finance team of 10-15 members

- Monthly Financial Reporting including Consolidated Financials Ind AS, Expected Credit Loss, EIR etc

- Co-ordinating with Statutory Auditors to ensure smooth audit closures

- Knowledge of Master Directions, ensure RBI / NHB compliance and lead the Inspection

- Knowledge of accounting & valuation of External Commercial Borrowings

- Well versed with SEBI regulations

- Capable of handling IT automation / keen eye for automating manual processes

- Overseeing Vendor payment & Payroll functions

- Co-ordinating with Internal Audit / Concurrent Auditors to ensure smooth audit closures

Ideal Candidate :

- CA with 12-18 years post qualification across banks/NBFCs/FS firms

- A strong Minus one to the CFO who can manage teams & lead functions across the group

- Impeccable stakeholder management & regulatory expertise
