Group Financial Controller - Manufacturing - CA/CFA (15-25 yrs)

Overseas/International/Middle East/Saudi Job Code: 675774

- Candidates from Manufacturing industry will be preferred.

- Preferably a CA and CFA combination with at least 15- 25 years of work experience.

- Age between 42- 50 years.

- To derive & develop Standard Accounting & Financial policies and procedure for the group.

- To handle the entire financial planning and treasury management.

- To manage Group funding (both fund based and non-fund based limits) from various financial institutions.

- To arrange both short term and long term funds from banks, financial institution, mutual funds and NBFCs

- To analyze the operational and capital budget and to present the recommendations and suggestions to the management and board

- To lead initiation of legal process for recovery, write off bad debts, allowing rebates / discounts with in Credit Management Policies of the Group.

- To establish and implement Payroll function for the Group.

- To establish and implement internal check and internal financial controls for the Group

- To advise the Board of Directors and the SBUs on new investments and Ventures

- To manage an Administrative role to the entire Accounts, Finance, Costing & MIS Departments of the Group Companies for recruitment, promotions, appraisal systems, training, transfers, renewal of contract, terminations, recommending of any Bonus / incentive scheme within the overall HR policies / practices of the AOHC company.

- Coordinating with External Auditors & ensuring Statutory Audits in time.

- Drafting of resolutions for the meetings of Board of Directors / Shareholders involving joint venture agreements, lending / borrowing agreement from Banks / Financial Institution & mutual Fund agencies, take over, merger, absorption proposals and / or sale / purchase of undertaking / undertakings.

- Highly result oriented with the capability of taking ownership in resolving issues.

- Must be able to interact with group CEOs, Board Members, and other stake holders

- Should be able to handle stress

- Should be very organized and time bound for deliverables

- Should be able to manage large teams across different group companies

- Candidate willing to relocate, kindly reply at the earliest.
