Group Finance Controller - Travel Business

Group Finance Controller - Global leading Travel company

Responsibilities :

- Implement a strong strategic financial reporting processes & controls which includes monthly performance analysis, Consolidation & reporting.

- Coordination for preparation of various Standalone & Consolidated financial statements including Cash/Funds Flow Statements, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet and other critical schedules as part of monthly closing as per IND AS/IFRS for Holding company and subsidiaries located in different parts of world.

- Coordinating with different finance functions to collect the monthly reporting information.

- Coordinating with Statutory auditors to closure of Annual/Quarterly Audit.

- Coordinating with Auditors for Internal Audit and Due Diligence.

- Responsible for overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditure, and ensuring accuracy of financial information.

- Assuring adherence to compliance and governance requirements with respects to accounts, Audit and Reporting.

- Ensuring compliance of global policies and international market specific procedures to address compliance with current accounting regulations

- Drafting the various policies and processes as per the relevant accounting standards.

- Responsible for handling supplier reconciliation, GL reporting, bank/Payment gateway reconciliation team.

- Responsible for coordinating for maintenance and enhancement of Finance ERP - Microsoft Dynamics 365

Mandatory Requirements :

- Candidate should be a CA qualified with 10 + yrs of post qualification experience.

- Candidate must have worked in Listed companies/MNCs and should have handled global operations.

- Strong communication & analytical skills.
