Group Finance Controller - IT - CA/CS

We have an opportunity for Group Finance Controller with one of our client in Pune.

Industry: IT Software

Role Description:

- He/She will be responsible for managing the overall finance and accounts for the Group.

- Day to day accounting and monthly reporting to all stakeholders

- End to end internal and statutory audit

- Global jurisdictions - USA, Japan, India

- Financial analysis

- Compliance & Legal

Education and Experience:

- CA

- CS or Law degree would be an advantage

- 15+ years- experience in accounting, finance, compliance, legal function with small to mid-sized IT companies
