Our Client is one of the leading players in the Infrastructure space in India. Currently they have extensive operations across India.

Job Description

Reporting into CFO, your responsibilities will be:

- Overseeing the entire accounting function and ensure timely accounting closures as per IGAAP and IFRS

- Accounting and MIS for the company with multiple SPVs under Indian GAAP including presentations for management, board and investor's needs. This will including profitability analysis at SBU levels.

- Project budgeting, accounting, cost control and cash flow/profitability reporting and management.

- Annual Capex and Opex budgeting and control/reporting thereon.

- Receivable management with customers

- Tax planning for indirect and direct taxes, Assessments and statutory compliance relating to them.

- Implementation and monitoring of internal control on financial reporting and FCPA (foreign corrupt practices act)

Profile

The successful candidate for the role will be a Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of post-qualification experience. He/She should have at least 5-6 years of experience in Infrastructure space and exposure of working in multiple project SPV's environment. The candidate should have exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a business perspective while handling crucial matters. The candidate should also have experience of handling large teams.
