B) Plans And Implements Effective Audit Mechanism To Audit Accounting Functions Of Each Plant 

C) Ensures Financial Statutory Compliances Are Done On Time In Each Group Company 

D) Ensures Proper Cost Accounting In Place In Both Manufacturing And Service Providing Group Companies
