Group Executive Vice President - Credit & Risk - Corporate Banking (10-18 yrs)

Mumbai Job Code: 520331

Candidate must have:

1. Total experience of 10 to 15+ years

2. Should have handled Large Corporates and/or Mid Corporate credit portfolio with the Credit Risk Department of a Private Sector or MNC Bank.

3. Relevant experience (Risk management OR Credit Underwriting - Corporate banking/Mid market)- atleast 7-8 years

4. Experience/proven track record in team leading

5. Excellent interpersonal skills

This will be a senior role with team leading for Large & Mid Corporate.

- Assist in analysing the creditworthiness of borrowers

- Develop industry specific knowledge and develop/maintain database pertaining to same.

- Formulating credit policies.

- Take lead in new initiatives like Early Warning systems etc.

- Maintaining quality of loan proposal documents

- Develop understanding of various pertinent regulations

- Monitor portfolio of borrowers and closely track concern accounts

- Evaluation and implementation of IT solutions, mainly from the credit data warehouse perspective

- Should have handled Large Corporates and/or Mid Corporate credit portfolio with the Credit Risk Department of a Private Sector or MNC Bank.

- In depth knowledge of credit evaluation

- A very good eye for detail

- Proactive: Ability to understand impact of changing environment on various companies

- Understanding of credit ratings

- Interpersonal skills. Should be able to maintain independence of views while maintaining relationships with business managers

- Team player/manager

- Knowledge of key industries is a must

- A qualified CA/ MBA from a reputed institute
