Group Director - Talent Acquisition - Media (12-15 yrs)

- Group Director - Talent Acquisition (Leading Media House) you will be responsible for leading and developing a dynamic recruiting team hiring for the group of businesses. You will partner closely with executives, key leadership and hiring managers across the group to report on progress, propose initiatives to improve talent acquisition programs, improve processes, find and implement efficiencies, develop training, lead creative pipeline building/sourcing initiatives, and work with recruiting team and leadership to ensure hiring is a top priority across the group.

- You will discover and lead innovative strategies to attract top talent, improve group's talent brand and provide a phenomenal candidate experience. As Group Director - Talent Acquisition, you demonstrate strategic, operational and tactical capabilities and lead recruiting initiatives while being hands-on in implementing talent acquisition solutions, enabling the group to attract and hire the best talent.

- Lead the recruiting team to build the best global, diverse, talented, impactful team in the world; partnering with hiring managers and group leaders.

- Manage a team of Recruiting Managers and leaders across disciplines, programs and geographies (Recruiting Operations/Systems, Talent Branding, Recruiting Events, Sales/Marketing Recruiting, Ops Recruiting, Campus Recruiting, Diversity Recruiting, etc.) This includes hiring, resource management, capacity planning, leadership, training, mentorship, performance management, and support for the recruiting organization.

- Continue to develop and build the recruiting team.

- Own recruiting practices and initiatives across the group.

- Develop and foster strong relationships/partnerships with executives and leaders across the group. Meet with leaders to assess recruiting progress, future hiring plans, obstacles and challenges, and collaborate on recruiting activities and strategies.

- Work closely with key business stakeholders and partners including business leaders, HR/compensation partners, Finance, Legal, etc. to coordinate on creative strategies, best practices and compliance.

- Work with Recruiting Managers and the broader recruiting team to implement creative solutions to improve hiring processes and hire key talent quickly and efficiently.

- Identify, prioritize, and lead initiatives to ensure premier candidate experience.

- Ensure team is effectively driving the hiring process for all roles. Pinpoint and help to remove any obstacles to recruiting progress.

- Provide reporting on recruiting metrics and hiring progress to execs and senior leadership on a consistent basis.

- Assess and recommend recruiting systems and process improvements.

Experienced: You have 12 - 15 years of overall recruiting experience.
