KRA : - Spearhead integrated marketing for the group to enhance & sustain revenue - Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies for products and services - Manage, guide, and sustain a team of 10+ team members as well as external vendors - Craft strategies for marketing including digital, advertising, creative, internal, and external communication - Drive lead conversion through online offline channels - Develop new strategies as per company vision and betterment of the organization - Manage the entire value chain for stakeholders from execution to closure - Monitor market trends (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products and features) - Ensure the brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material) - Conduct a market survey and market study to develop a new target group - Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas to lead performance marketing for the group - Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share - Establish annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing targets along with other teams - Designing metrics to set the monthly target for the team members, directing execution, and overseeing the performance of the team - Set up internal systems and processes for customer engagement and management - Manage resources for the team from work optimization and ROI perspective - Build excellent connections with current clients, build a base for future clients, lead invitations to submit RFP, win pitches, upsell/cross-sell to working client base maximizing revenue and profitability for the organization - Connections in the industry and various sectors are an added advantage
