Urgently looking for a Group deputy CFO for leading Conglomerate

Location : Kenya

Ideal profile will CA from 1996 to 2005 batch

Job Responsibilities :

- Lead Group Finance & Account Function

- Review and submit monthly financial and management accounts.

- Treasury Management, Fund raising activities and liquidity management.

- Preparation of information pack for board meetings.

- Systems and Processes, ERP implementation

- Driving System Cost management with the objective of reducing system costs

- Responsible to put in proper systems & processes to ensure statutory compliance and all types of Audits .

- Remuneration : Lucrative Net tax free Salary + Furnished Accommodation + other benefits & facilities.
