Group Consolidation Expert - IT - CA/CFA/IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Our client is a Silicon valley company specialised in Financial products. They operate across many countries and their products are one of the leading in global accounting.

- They are looking for Global financial consolidation expert .

- Candidate need to be A CA or CFA or MBA in finance from a Tier 1 University.

- Must have minimum 12 years of experience in group financial consolidations.

- Candidate should be expert and has Comprehensive knowledge in group consolidation & External/ SEC Reporting

- Practical knowledge in US/ UK / Australia / Europe GAAP /IFRS,

- Strong in Ind-AS, SOX Compliance & Implementation

- Candidate who is capable of giving global presentations and answer the queries

- Hands on experience of Robust Corporate presentations for board and management.

- Willing to travel globally if necessary

- Experience in Dealing with Auditors, Banks, Rating agencies, lawyers, and other service providers.
