Group Chief Technology Officer/Head IT (Fashion Value Retailers having more than 70 Stores )

Job Description : 

- Work with business stakeholders and partners on system design, development and execution and ensure high quality deliverables

- Own the technical architecture, design and delivery of the solutions

- Assess vendors' plans and designs as applicable

- Leverage broad technology capability set to architect, develop, and iteratively deploy great software

- Achieve expert level understanding of our product / market fit and give inputs to adapt accordingly.

- Communicate with business stakeholders throughout the product life cycle and collaborate with business users around requirements, testing, training and support

- Technology lead responsible for entire design and development of modules.

- Lead a culture of continuous improvement and innovation; maintain strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies. Create a culture of nurturing enviable technology teams.

The Successful Applicant : 

- BTech with 15+ years of experience in a Retail Or Multiple Locations setup

- Should have built and managed a team.

Experience in working in Ginesys Or SAP environment preferred
