The Assignment (The Role / Job Description): a) To take a strong conceptual / strategic plan and convert it to reality - a robust 300+ cr. multi-product / multi-company group integrated operations in 3 to 5 yrs. b) Coach, Mentor, lead a team of bright energetic tech savvy competent Business Heads - ensure individual performance &amp; Internal synergies are tapped &amp; grow. c) Establish robust systems &amp; processes. d) Anchor &amp; grow all key relationships - investor, stakeholders, vendor partners, clients M&amp;A, JVs, The Person (Candidate Details): A) Experience i) Age : 50 - 55 yrs ii) Engg + MBA iii) Must been a CEO of a multi-division, multi-company group 100+ cr. iv) Demonstrated experience of having started / scaled up a multi-product / multi company business in the service sector. v) Exposure to E-Commerce / Technology based business a must. vi) Entrepreneurial experience highly desirable. B) Competences i) Strategic leader, with strong implementation / operations skills. ii) Coach / Mentor Work Experience: 30 yrs TO 35 yrs Job Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai Rewards Rich performance linked rewards / PLI should be able to make substantive earnings over 3 yrs
