Job Description / The Role :

- To take charge of overall Group HR - strategy, culture & capacity building aligned to group growth plans, to support growth from Rs.1000+ cr. to Rs.3000+ cr.

- Business Partner to Group CEO & individual Company CEOs.

The Candidate Details :

- 45 - 50 yrs

- Premium MBA (TISS / XLRI)

- Minimum 5 yrs experience as GROUP HR HEAD of a Rs.2000+ cr. multi-company / multi-sector group OR No.2 OR Division Head of a Rs.5000+ cr. Group.

Must have :

- handled multi-company / multi-sector group

- 5000+ employee base

- all aspects of HR - OD, PMS, C&B, Operations, Culture Building

- Business Partner to group, CEO & Individual CEOs

- International exposure specially emerging markets highly desirable

- Excellent communication, people management skills with initiative / drive & buck stops at me attitude
