Job Description / The Role

- Group CFO - Strategic Finance, Start-up / Scale-up, Compliances, 1000+ Crores - Multi Sector Group - Service Industry - Mumbai / Delhi NCR

- Group Compliances, Audit

- Start-up / Scale-up experience is a must - specially setting up robust Systems & Processes

- Strong in Controls, Compliances, Audit, IT

- Exposure to fund resourcing & management, JVs & M&As.

The Candidate Details - 

A) Experience

a) Around 45 - 50 yrs.

b) CA + CS / LLB / MBA Finance

c) CFO in a 1000+ cr. an entrepreneur driven group.

d) Start-up / Scale-up experience is a must - specially setting up robust Systems & Processes

e) Strong in Controls, Compliances, Audit, IT

f) Exposure to fund resourcing & management, JVs & M&As, is highly desirable.
