Group Chief Financial Officer - Private Equity

Our client is a leading PE firm based and is looking for a Group CFO.

Experience: ~20 years

Location: Mumbai

Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee and lead the finance function which includes creation and running of each fund model

2. Lead overall P&L, audit, accounting, banking internal controls and support investments

3. Focal point for finance function for stakeholders including investors, portfolio companies and internal teams

4. Oversee capital calls, distributions, management fee and water fall allocations

5. Monitor fund structures to ensure it is in line with the current regulatory and commercial requirement

6. Actively work with the senior management teams of the portfolio companies on key strategic issues and projects that require additional management expertise.

7. Drive the fund accounting team in the preparation of the funds' periodic Net Asset Value calculation and year-end financial statements, management of the audit, and reviewing other fund related reports

Ideal candidate:

1. At least 18-20 years of experience post-qualifying

2. Existing CFO for a PE/ VC firm, director/ partner at Big 4

3. Has been in a leadership role for at least 3- 5 years
