Group Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing/FMCG Industry - CA (18-29 yrs)
Looking for a CA Candidate with atleast 18+ years of experience , someone who has handled IPO Management from Manufacturing / FMCG Industry, handling a core strategic role, someone who has a good network with Merchant Bankers.
This position will be responsible for the strategic financial planning and execution of the organization. The position will have oversight of group level functions like corporate treasury and investment, Group level Banking and treasury operations, improve group level cash flows, ROCE of the existing business and support new initiatives across the Group . Group level long-term cash flow and fund management, fund raising, financial reporting and tax law compliance would be critical aspects for this incumbent.
The position will also be involved in creation and Implementation of the 3 year Strategic Plan for their business and its subsidiaries, strengthen Corporate Governance to bring it in line with listing requirements, prepare and lead the Company into an Equity fund raise program within 3 years. This position will co-lead business expansion beyond existing business, new brands and markets, viable strategic acquisitions, Franchising, new projects. This position will have an overarching responsibility for the Finance function of their Food business as both the Finance Heads (India and UAE) will report to this position.
