Group Chief Financial Officer - India, US, EMEA, APAC Our needs are: Education: CA - MUST or CA+MBA Finance The Group CFO for a Singapore headquartered organization with offices in the US, Europe, EMEA, and APAC has responsibility for managing financial sustainability, driving financial performance &amp; maximizing return on investment. The role will provide strategic financial advice to the Board of Directors and will play a pivotal role in formulating future financial strategies. Location - Chennai, India Financial Control: Responsibility to ensure that appropriate systems and processes are in place across the respective Group Holdings businesses. This includes but is not limited to Group Reporting, Treasury &amp; Cash Management, Debt Facilities, Risk Management and Audits, Tax Compliance, Insurance, Contract Management, and Terms of Trade &amp; Accounting Projects &amp; Analysis. Corporate Finance: including foreign exchange management and optimizing the balance sheet structure. US-GAAP, IFRS, M&amp;A, DUE DILIGENCE. Financial Strategy: including budgeting, forecasting, contributing to overall strategy and investment Financial Strategic Direction and Leadership 1. Chartered accountant. Additional MBA preferred. 2. Must have been #1 or #2 in the Finance position of any enterprise. 3. Must have a strong understanding of Finance. - Measure and maximize stockholder value. - Relate investment, hiring, resourcing, pricing, and other decisions to stockholder value - NPV and IRR 4. Must be good in: - Sales contracts (Master Sales Agreements, Work Orders) - Investment contracts (Shareholder Agreements) - Managing global businesses (we have a parent in Singapore and 8 subsidiaries in various countries) - Planning/budgeting for a 12-member executive board - Leading an 8 people strong finance department - Publishing financial statements - Liaison with Board, Auditors, Lawyers, Regulators Soft Skills: 1. Excel (Advanced level user) 2. PowerPoint (Pitch decks, ability to speak)
