The position is based in Gurgaon & reports to the MD & CEO+Board. The position will have a large team of F&A professionals reporting into it. Job Profile : This is a key Leadership position and part of the Top-Management Team. The incumbent will drive the organization's financial operations and improve financial performance. As a part of the ership team the incumbent is expected to participate in all financial, strategic and functional decision-making processes necessary for the successful attainment of the Company's operational and financial goals.

KRAs:

1. Monitoring and supervising the Finance & Accounts related activities performed by the team.

2. Achieving cost-effective working capital and long term fund requirement for the organisation and itssubsidiaries

3. Financial Audit and Operational Risk management

4. Cash flow management

5. Project Funding

6. Financial Analytics and financial reporting to the Management and Board

7. Taxation; Statutory Compliance & Its adherence

8. Ensure adequate insurance cover at all times for the Asset under management.

Candidate Profile - We are seeking Head-Finance with strong analytical and business acumen. We are looking for CAs aged 40-45 with 5-18 years experience in the service sector (BFSI, Telecom, e-commerce, agri, hospitality, healthcare etc.)

Desired Traits:

1. Good business acumen, problem solving ability.

2. Proven leadership skill in managing and building a team.

3. Strong interpersonal skills to manage the work stream across segments and to operate in a matrix organization.

4. Strong understanding and experience with international consolidations and accounting, tax, treasury and cash management.

5. Thorough understanding of IND-AS and working knowledge of IFRS.

6. Pragmatic, hands-on, flexible and adaptable to change, continuously driven to challenge and improve, self-starter
