CFO - CA 12-25 years exp for a Group Company with Diversified areas of operation
Partnering in formulating the company's future strategic direction as well as guiding tactical initiatives.
- Monitoring and directing the implementation of strategic business plans.
- Developing Accounting / Financial and tax strategies.
- Supervising M&A, due diligence and negotiations.
- Supervising and actively leading business partnering and drive strategies that results in the most profitable opportunities for the company, leveraging customer and product mix, pricing decisions,and value communication.
- Have overall responsibility for finance and accounting functions, including financial reports,analysis, profitability, budgeting, forecasting etc to achieve client, quality, and financial metrics.
- Supporting business development efforts related to scope, pricing, and terms, as well as contract development and negotiation.
- Working with Practice Leaders to build client relationship management processes and tools thatlead to improved organisational performance.
Risk Management -
- Maintaining good relations with all members of the management team & participate in key decisions as a member of the Executive Committee
- Be actively involved in marketing for talent to build a strong and successful organisation with the appropriate talent capacity and expertise.
- Driving organizational initiatives related to innovation, including digital exploration, integration, and evolution CA with 12-25 Years exp
- Deep understanding of general business management that strengthens the relationship between people and the processes and systems that lead to successful business performance.
- An experienced professional who moves from theory to real-time application of knowledge in the business domain - a strategist and thinker, but also a catalyst and doer.
- Experience in Accounting / financial strategy and management, budgeting, tax planning, reporting etc with exposure to SAP, Oracle or equivalent.
- Ability to think strategically, implement change, enforce policy, and resolve conflict.
- Proven ability to prioritize yourself and the work of others to meet deadlines and provide high-quality service to internal and external clients.
- Proven ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with external clients and internal staff.
