Group Chief Financial Officer - Auto/Manufacturing

To manage the entire gamut of finance operations at group level .

- The incumbent will be responsible for the group business (including M&A, cross-border M&A, JV, overseas investment etc)

- Key member of Top management & Strategy team to assist Top Management in formulation and implementation of business & financial strategies.

- To provide insight into the financial health of the businesses, monitor, control & take corrective actions.

- Operating in a stringent financial management regime under the corporate governess code subject to security by different level of audit and compliances.

- Execute the financial strategy of the company

- Manage financial controls and accounting procedures

- Support the top leadership with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans

Background -

- The incumbent should have handled larger turnover & size, minimum 4000+ crore.

- The incumbent should have handled multiple manufacturing plants, Joint Ventures, Mergers and acquisitions.
