Product Manager

About the Role :

The role involves owning the entire product lifecycle from thought, scoping, design, development, testing and final rollout with opportunities to cross-interact across the different lines of businesses - internal and external teams.

Designation - Product Manager

Location - Gurugram (Haryana), India.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prioritize, own and drive entire product development roadmap from thought to rollout while ensuring quality, efficiency and timeliness

- Conduct regular user studies, user testing and derive insight with data to determine the next wave of product development.

- Liaise with business and frontend teams including sales, advisory and research to understand business priorities

- Implementation of tracking, analytics, SEO and other key and important aspects into all new products developed. Monitor and drive further enhancements based on usage.

- Be the motivator and driving force behind every new venture on digital platforms (Web, App) from US, AU, CA & IN markets, with ability to compartmentalize and see big picture as required

What we require (Desired Skills and abilities) :

Skills:

- Innovative, Data Driven, Self-driven

- Should have worked in digital products space for at least 2 years and have a thirst to learn and implement exciting new products in ecommerce domain

- Experience in handling payment systems and operational processes around payments

- Comfortable with creating required documents and wireframes for Business Analyst and Tech teams to consume and implement

- Should have an eye for detail and thirst for perfection with every product delivered

- Great communicator with ability to multi-task, prioritize and drive teams to deliver results

- Knowledge of ecommerce, analytics, UX and development is a plus but not mandatory to fulfilling the role.

- Good knowledge of GA, GTM

Experience:

- 6+ years of experience in working with e-Commerce companies

Educational Certifications:

- Bachelor's degree(B.Tech/B.E)preferably in CS, IT or its equivalent, master's degree preferred
