GROMO has the vision to provide access of financial products such as Loans, Insurance, and Investments, to the underserved and unpenetrated Tier 2 cities and beyond, what we call The Real Bharat, through a disruptive digitally enabled social commerce model.

We are a dynamic team of serial entrepreneurs from IIT Delhi on a mission to create 1,000,000 micro-entrepreneurs who will help in building a better financial future for The Real Bharat enabled by our technology platform.

Product Marketing Manager @ GroMo

We only succeed in our mammoth of a vision if we are able to acquire the right user on our platform, train them digitally and show them enough value so they keep coming back to the platform. That is what you will be driving!

Responsibilities/Your job in a nutshell :

1. Come up with innovative strategies of acquiring new users, on the platform, both online and offline and execute the same.

2. Design and Implement a world-class training and on-boarding experience for the newly acquired user.

3. Provide enough value to the user to bring them back on to the GroMo Platform.

4. Experiment. Analyze. Iterate. Have fun. Repeat.
