Key Responsibilities - Plan and forecast future capacities for each retail warehouses on the basis of the current infrastructure, operations and suggest improvements, if any - Design &amp; innovate the way inventory is being stored at the warehouse level &amp; standardising the same PAN India - Manage, plan and help build layouts of the warehouses Pan India - Plan how a warehouse would look with reference to storage solutions and increasing the utilisation as a whole - Manage data analytics for retail (identifying metrics for analysis and calculations) - Preparing presentations for analysis and comparing different metrics WoW &amp; MoM What we require: - 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience in warehouse/operations excellence - Hands on experience on Advance Excel is must (SQL preferred) - Excellent understanding of retail operations, nuances of warehouse planning and design - Catalyst who can support the operations &amp; other relevant teams, to create huge impact - Quick decision-making ability, enthusiastic and self-motivated - Excellent excel and communication &amp; interpersonal skills and the ability to build a team Salary offered: 7 - 15 LPA
