Key Responsibilities: - Product Innovation with respect to formulation, consumability &amp; usability - Product Knowledge of Food &amp; Non-Food Products, Knowledge of Production Processes - Timely development of ideated New Product with respect to vendor alignment, formulation closure, statutory declaration, packaging affinity &amp; knowledge transfer - To carry out first batch production and knowledge transfer to QA team - To get product dossier consisting of formulation, packaging, ingredient list, ingredient source as in form of a catalog. in place for each product - Liase with Food &amp; Non-Food consultants to hasten new product development - Liason &amp; onboarding of flavoring, seasoning, chemicals &amp; any other raw material suppliers - Managing the Team of 5-7 NPD team members - Keeping a close tab on product cost &amp; commercials What we require: - Minimum of 12-17 years of experience - Education Background: Masters in Food Technology
