Grofers - Senior Manager/Associate Director - Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

- Ability to mentor the team on technical problems

- Ability to identify business problems which analytics can work on by stakeholder discussions

- Ability to define the problem clearly and formulate potential approaches with the team

- Identify the key results to be achieved in any project and allocate ownership within the team

- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations

- Analytics roadmap planning and prioritization of business problems

- Identify the internal process which can be made more efficient and implement the ideas

- Candidate must be able to communicate with stakeholders to understand and clearly define business problems

- The candidate would be expected to define a solution framework based on data analysis and work with the stakeholders in implementing the findings

- A person would be expected to mentor the team of analysts from a technical perspective

What we Require:

- Technical expertise like SQL, BI Tools, Python/Django/R, ETLs and data tables

- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience

- Education background : Bachelors (Engineering)
