Grofers - Senior Category Manager - General Merchandise

Key Responsibilities:

1. P&L Management

- Sales and Margin for the Category. (Top Line and bottom Line)

- Responsible for Pricing, Promotion for the category

2. Category Insights

- Responsible for Demand Generation for the category on the App

- Plan Short and Long-term road-map for the category in consultation with key stakeholders

3. Category Marketing

- Lead the sales strategy for the category on the platform

- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure visibility for the category/brand

- Gather information on competitive lands cap

What we require:

- Minimum 7 years- retail experience managing General Merchandise category

- Currently managing annual business - =75 Cr

- Result oriented with high degree of ownership

- Strong analytical thinking with proven track record of success in past assignments

- Develop and execute ideas independently

- Fluent in English/ Proficiency in Excel
