Key Responsibilities :
- P&L Management
- Sales and Margin for the Category (Top Line and bottom Line)
- Responsible for Pricing, Promotion for the category
Category Insights :
- Responsible for Demand Generation for the category on the App
- Plan Short and Long-term roadmap for the category in consultation with key stakeholders
Category Marketing :
- Lead the sales strategy for the category on the platform
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure visibility for the category/brands
- Gather information on competitive landscape
What we require :
- Minimum 6+ years in leading FMCG/Retail Companies
- FMCG- Brand Manager/ Key Account Manager handling Modern Trade or E-commerce account
- Retail - Managing FMCG category at CM level
- Currently managing annual business >=150 Cr
- Result oriented with high degree of ownership
- Strong analytical thinking with proven track record of success in past assignments
- Develop and execute ideas independently
- Proficiency in Excel
- MBA from premier institutes
